Monja-yaki

Kondo Honten

Monja-yaki is a Japanese pan-fried batter dish popular in the Kantō region. It's similar to okonomiyaki but uses different liquid ingredients. Kondo Kondo Honten, Tokyo's oldest monja-yaki restaurant, established in 1950, is in the bayside neighborhood of Tsukushima.
